Meet the speakers:

Donna Miller

President & Founder, C3Workplace

Donna is a business and community leader, a speaker, an educator and an entrepreneur who is passionate about seeing small businesses thrive.

Her team has helped well over 2,000 companies to start and grow by providing back office support, bookkeeping, educational programs and office space.  She believes in the power of collaboration (C3=Connect, Collaborate, Community) and that companies should be a force for good.

She is the recipient of numerous awards, she is a sought after speaker and in her “spare” time she is on the board of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. She is a regular blogger and can often been found on a beach writing.


Angela Kubisky

Vice President of Membership & Marketing, Morris County Chamber of Commerce

Angela Kubisky joined the Morris County Chamber of Commerce as the full-time Executive Vice President of Membership and Marketing in January 2009. Her responsibilities include overseeing new member recruitment, member retention, events, committees, volunteer leadership, corporate sponsorships, speaker recruitment, marketing and branding, media partnerships, website development, database management, print publications and public relations for the Chamber. Angela is enthusiastic about assisting every Chamber member and supporting their goals. Angela began her journey with the Chamber in 2001 when she worked for Garden Savings Federal Credit Union. In 2005, as a volunteer leader for the Chamber, she helped to pioneer the Women in Business program and under her leadership this program has developed into one of the Chamber’s most thriving programs. Above and beyond her current role as Executive Vice President, Angela trains and develops professionals on how to network and build relationships. She is a sought after speaker on this topic and has addressed hundreds of audiences including major law firms, accounting firms and a wide variety of corporations and not for profit organizations. Angela serves on the Board of Trustees for the Boy Scouts of America-Patriots Path Council and has chaired 2 successful galas. In 2012 she served as Gala Chair for The Lake Drive Foundation where she supported their goal to increase their visibility and fund-raise a record breaking amount of money in one evening. By using her personal story of overcoming hearing loss and being completely deaf in one ear she understands the challenges people have who live with hearing loss. She has also served as a dinner committee volunteer for Roots and Wings, and serves in a variety of other volunteer roles for various nonprofit organizations.


Jeff Harmon

Owner & Principal Coach, Brilliance Within Coaching & Consulting

Jeff Harmon is a character-driven, results focused coaching professional with over 20-years of experience building relationships to equip leaders and organizations to successfully execute on strategic priorities.

Jeff’s ability to access the strengths and talents of individuals and teams and distill the most complicated, overwhelming concepts into real, actionable steps has enabled him to help leaders to execute plans that produce results while also developing their capacity to lead their business. Over Jeff’s career, he has either led or facilitated the delivery of over 100,000 hours of strategy in the financial services, information technology and non-profit industries.

Through all of Jeff’s success, he maintained a passion of unconditionally supporting the individuals he worked with and helping them to achieve their professional and personal best through their shared work. This passion for people led Jeff to transition to leadership coaching part-time in 2007 and full-time in 2011. As a certified coach, Jeff specializes in coaching and training leaders to grow personally and to develop strong, healthy organizations; enhancing their effectiveness through the principles of servant leadership and training them to use a coach approach to drive performance and change.
