With a diverse background in both the small business and editorial worlds, Kelly found her niche by successfully fusing creativity, collaboration, and independent work. Her professional experience includes over nine years of office administration and project management, an MFA in Creative and Professional Writing, and extensive involvement within the Marketing, Operations, and Editorial departments. Kelly has been part of the C3Workplace organization for over ten years and has been in the customer service industry for over sixteen years.

As a Workflow Expert, it’s Kelly’s goal to help Business Owners and Entrepreneurs attain and maintain seamless control of both the front and back-ends of their businesses. She explores the current infrastructures in place for Marketing & Sales Support, Database & Contact Management, Project Coordination, and Customer Service and assesses whether the existing procedures are the right ones for the business.
