We seek a part-time Admin Assistant to join our growing team of rock stars.  The successful candidate will have impeccable attention to detail and take pride in an administrative job well done.  Must be an organized, resilient, smart, reliable, team player who has the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.

Here’s what you will do:

  • Assist in day-to-day office functions, such as phone answering, front desk support, and general client support
  • Prepare and manage the organization of events and conferences – logistics, details, budgets
  • Attend events on behalf of the company to network and/or handle registration and on-site logistics
  • Assist in the creation and execution of diverse online marketing and business initiatives
  • Learn to update website, maintain blog & social media posts to execute on strategic initiatives
  • Assist with design of flyers & brochures and e-letters
  • Assist in client projects as appropriate

Other duties as assigned

To perform this job successfully, you need to be a superhero (only kidding … sort of).  These are some basic skills you will need:

  • Keyboard speed: 40-50+ wpm
  • Have or develop working knowledge and continuing level of proficiency of :
      • Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
      • Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe PDF
      • Constant Contact or similar email marketing platform
      • Project and task management software
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow all administrative procedures including time and billing sheet programs

In addition, it’s important that you have solid communication skills, superb attention to detail, the ability to self-manage, prioritize and ask for help when appropriate – ultimately taking on project management yourself.  We love curious people who love to learn and find new ways to do things. Anticipating and creating solutions to problems that may occur is always a big plus … it’s simply how we roll.


Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
5+ years of mid-level administrative experience (non-negotiable)
