Meet the Staff

Donna Miller
C3Workplace Founder & President

As founder & president of C3Workplace, Donna brings her experience in growing a multi-location organization to the faculty. She will share her insights on what it takes to start and grow a self-sustaining organization, even if it’s only you. Donna is the recipient of a number of awards including the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) Businesswoman of the Year Award, North Essex Chamber of Commerce (NECC) Outstanding Member, and has been named to NJ Monthly Magazine’s Top 25 Women Business Owners. She is a sought after speaker and has presented at numerous events for various organizations. Her insights on Delegation have been published in the book, Big Bold Business Advice and she’s also been a featured interview with Dun & Bradstreet B2B. Currently, Donna serves as Advisory Board Chair of The Salvation Army in Montclair. She is also on the board of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, and an active member of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, NECC and NJAWBO.

Operations & Bookkeeping Services Manager 

Terri has had many jobs over the years, full time & part time, but she found a home within C3Workplace. She’s been part of the team for over seven years in various capacities – from filing to administrative to bookkeeping work. During all phases of her employment here, Donna & the C3 staff have always made me feel part of this wonderful family.

Terri began as an executive secretary at the regional sales office of an insurance company. Through continued education and leadership, she worked her way up the ranks to become the office supervisor, where she was responsible for an administrative staff of 30, including all HR functions, preparing & operating with million dollar budgets, creating & maintain brochures, forms & documents, etc.

Marketing & Client Services Manager

With a diverse background in both the small business and editorial worlds, Kelly found her niche by successfully fusing creativity, collaboration, and independent work. Her professional experience includes over nine years of office administration and project management, an MFA in Creative and Professional Writing, and extensive involvement within the Marketing, Operations, and Editorial departments.

As a Workflow Expert, it’s Kelly’s goal to help Business Owners and Entrepreneurs attain and maintain seamless control of both the front and back-ends of their businesses. She explores the current infrastructures in place for Marketing & Sales Support, Database & Contact Management, Project Coordination, and Customer Service and assesses whether the existing procedures are the right ones for the business.

Tasha Williams is the self-proclaimed “Director of First Impressions” at C3 Workplace, and takes that title to heart.

Tasha has worked in an office environment since the seventh grade, helping her mom file paperwork in her office at IBM after school. She credits that experience for her work ethic and an intense desire to succeed and grow with every task she is assigned. With over 15 years of reception, admin assistant and customer service experience working in a variety of businesses, Tasha prides herself in making our clients feel welcome, comfortable and fully assisted from the moment they walk through the door.

A native New Yorker, she is all about hustle and drive, and is always there to lend a helping hand, and to learn as much as she can from every scenario. Tasha’s favorite color purple, her favorite movie of all times is “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” she pretty much loves ANYTHING that sparkles (the more glitter the better), and on her down time, she loves to read romance novels, paint fairies, and spend time with her family.

Ellen comes to us with a wealth of experience having spent many years at Valley National Bank. As District Sales Manager at Valley, she was responsible for building teams and driving new business development. She managed the Retail experience of Valley Bank customers.

During that time, Ellen came to be a raving fan of C3Workplace and a Small Business Week sponsor. She “gets us” and in this “semi-retirement” position with C3Workplace she’s looking forward to plugging into the mission, enjoying some work-life flexibility and continuing to learn and grow.

Michelle has over 20 years of experience in small business operations and management with a strong background in start up organizations. She has been fortunate to be involved in every aspect of running a small business. She understands the challenges small business owners face and able to use this knowledge to help them succeed by managing their administrative and operational tasks. Michelle has had a few great mentors and hoping she can also offer the same mentorship to others.

With her small business background, Michelle has always enjoyed bookkeeping. This has been one constant in her life while working with several companies. She is part of our wonderful Bookkeeping Team at C3. She feels that she has finally found her “tribe”.

When Michelle is not working, she is normally at one of her son’s sporting events or hanging out with friends and family.

Jenn has been in the Virtual World since 2017 and in the Hair Industry since 1997. She is a skilled professional that is always looking to grow her knowledge to make each guest feel and look their best as well as stay up to date with the latest software and trends. Donna and the staff at C3 Workplace have been so supportive in welcoming her to the team. The company has opened up opportunities that will allow her to grow to bigger and better heights.

Jenn lives in Champaign, IL with her husband, son and puppy. When she is not with family, in the office, or at the baseball fields,  she is working to make her guests and clients feel FABULOUS with each visit or phone call.

Danielle has been in customer service since high school. She started off working in a grocery store, then as a waitress, and before C3 at a large doctor’s office working with high maintenance clients. With Danielle’s science degree,she thrives at doing research for upcoming projects. She has brought new energy to C3 and has the C3 ‘can do’ attitude to accomplish every task. All of her experience in customer service has made her a great fit as a client service representative.

When Danielle is not at work she spends her time with her family and adorable nephew. She loves to try new restaurants and take adventures into NYC.
