Coworking – The What and The Why

Dont be afraid of change

Over the last 18 months or so, we have rebranded our organization, opened a second location in Sparta and renovated our Montclair facility (no wonder I’m a bit tired).  Why did we do all this?  Because, plain and simple, either you morph your business in response to market changes and client demands, or your business dies.  Not an option for me!

Coworking is a great alternative or supplement to working at home or out of coffee shops at a price point that any start up should be able to afford.  Our model also gives you access to private offices and conference rooms as you need them.

Our Why is embodied in our Mission Values Vision statement:

  • Mission:  To provide affordable workspace, co-working facilities and business support services to connect small businesses and help them to succeed by teaching them how to harness the power of collaboration with like-minded professionals in a community model.
  • Values:  We believe that small business should be a force for good and that by supporting, helping and mentoring business owners, we can help those businesses, the entire community and the local economy.
  • Vision:   To create a community of businesses that sustains and drives its own growth from within, and as a result has the resources to give back to the communities where they work and live.

The rebranding to C3Workplace (Connect, Collaborate, Community) is about our exceptional ability to help our community make connections – its simply good business to us.

Coworking is certainly here to stay – in the last couple months, we’ve seen articles in Forbes, The New York Times and the Huffington Post on the coworking revolution.

Call us today to schedule a tour to see if this makes sense to you.
